Experience the transformative power of an African-centered approach to self-actualization and restoration.

Join guest practitioner Natasha Eck for a seated Kemetic Yoga session designed to promote mindfulness as a liberatory practice. This lunchtime session offers a restorative pause through gentle movements and guided breathwork. After the 1-hour Kemetic Yoga session, stay with us to engage in further mindfulness practices led by Jasjit Sangha.

Sessions are held Wednesdays 12:00 - 1:30pm in HW305 on:
- March 19
- April 2

No previous experience necessary, please dress comfortably.

This event is open to staff, faculty, and librarians.


About the facilitator
Natasha Ama Eck is a multifaceted Dancer, Kemetic Yoga Practitioner, Educator, and the visionary founder of Kemetic Flow. With over a decade of experience, Natasha’s work is rooted in the belief that movement is not just an expression of the body, but can also be an act of liberation—an essential tool for personal transformation, and reconnection and restoration of the body.

Her career has spanned across Canada, where she has led transformative movement workshops, using dance and Kemetic Yoga to guide individuals toward a deeper understanding of their bodies, and the power of the mind. Natasha’s approach emphasizes holistic wellness, integrating the mind-body.
