Event details
As a continuation of Black History/Black Futures Month and off the heels of Black Mental Health Week, the Black Wellness Experience, in partnership with Hart House, is a UTSC-led initiative that aims to co-create an impactful, holistic wellness space for University of Toronto's Tri-Campus Black-identifying community, rooted in care, connection, and culturally affirming support. Join us and experience an immersive, vibrant atmosphere whereguests can connect, play, rest, and eat with each other in community. This event features massage therapy, a barbershop, local wellness vendors, community resources, and interactive activities and games!

The Black Wellness Experience is responsive to recommendations from the Scarborough Charter on Anti-Black Racism and Black Inclusion in Higher Education: Principles, Actions, and Accountabilities and the Report of the University of Toronto Anti-Black Racism Task Force. In recognition of these historic equity reports, this event is offered to Black-identifying students, staff, faculty, librarians, and community partners.
