The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Office provides educational workshops that seek to strengthen understanding and advance equity, diversity and inclusion practices across the UTSC campus. Workshops are open to students, staff, faculty, and librarians.

If you are interested in arranging customized training for your department or group, contact us at edio.utsc@utoronto.ca at least one month in advance of your desired training date with the following information: 

  • Your affiliation with the University of Toronto Scarborough

  • Themes of desired training (select from the sessions listed on this page)

  • Three options for desired dates and times

  • Description of the intended audience and an estimated number of attendees 

  • Preference for in-person or virtual (availability for in-person workshops is dependent upon staff capacity)

  • Confirmation of your group’s capacity to organize and host the promotion, registration, and logistics for the session
