Join us for an afternoon of possibility.

As an extension of Black History/Futures Month, and in celebration of Black Mental Health Week and International Women’s Day, the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Office (EDIO) is pleased to invite you to participate in our upcoming in-person event, Black Women Dreaming: Sowing Seeds in a Season of Sustenance.

Date: Tuesday, March 3, 2026
Time: 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Location: Shared upon registration

Lunch will be served at this event.

Please note this event is curated for Black women-identifying Staff, Faculty, and Librarians at UTSC.

Dreaming provides process and space to think beyond our material realities. This immersive experience is designed to create space to unpack, relax, restore, and dream. Participants will engage in artistic and community building activities that will remind us of the importance of nurturing our dreams in this current moment. These dream products will serve as a creative declaration of the dreams we will fulfill.
